Family & Divorce Mediation Fees

Hourly Rate: Ms. Barker's hourly rate for family and divorce mediation is $350. Fees are divided equally between the parties, unless the parties agree otherwise.

•A reduced fee may be available based on the parties' financial circumstances. Every effort will be made to accommodate the parties' budgetary concerns.

•There is no charge for an initial telephone consultation.

• Fees are due at the completion of each mediation session and may be paid by check or credit card.
